Calgary, AB – June 24, 2025 – 4-H Alberta is proud to announce the election of a new Chair of the Board and the appointment of a dynamic executive team, alongside the addition of four new directors. These leadership transitions mark an exciting new chapter for the organization as it continues to empower and inspire youth across the province.
Syeda Khurram has been elected as Chair of the Board of Directors. A passionate advocate for youth development and inclusive leadership, Syeda brings over 20 years of executive experience in non-profit governance, financial stewardship, and transformational leadership. Having previously served as Vice-Chair and Director of Diversity, Syeda’s appointment signals a renewed focus on growth, innovation, and stronger community engagement.
