To view rules and registration documents, please choose the category that is relevant to you and click on the category title. The relevant documents to the chosen category will appear below the category title. Click on the document you wish to view. Please note: to return to the 4-H on Parade 2026 landing page, after viewing a document, please click the back arrow at the top left of your browser’s toolbar.

*Please note: There are two separate methods of registration for 4-HOP, and every member must complete both. All members must register through the online registration system (ORS) for accreditation and on Showman, which will be circulated via email to each member. Be sure to talk to your General Leader about the projects you wish to participate with so they can verify registration.

Members: How to Register:
  • Read the 2026 4-H on Parade General Rules and 2025 Exhibitor Agreement before you begin the registration process
  • Sign in to your online profile at https://www.4habregistration.ca/signin
  • Click on the orange button “Update your profile”
  • Ensure your information, including your email and the emergency contact email & phone number is correct.
  • Ensure that you have completed the medical information fields
  • Click on the green “Programs” button at the top of your page
  • Look for the program called “Calgary Stampede 4-H on Parade 2025” and click on the title
  • Click on the “Register Now” button, and it will take you to the next page.
  • Complete the Declarations.
  • Complete the Allergies, Intolerances and Preferences section.
  • Click on the green button at the bottom: “Proceed to Summary”.
  • *You will now be taken to the Program Confirmation Page, which will give you a confirmation number. You can print this page (see printer button on the top right), or you can look to the left under “Confirmations,” and you will see an orange button with the date and time you just completed the registration. Click on the orange button, and it will open your confirmation page.

 

4-H Leatherworking Workshop + Photography Contest!

We’ve got TWO exciting opportunities coming up for all 4-H members — including Cleavers!

Leatherworking Workshop

  • Cost: $10.00 per member
  • We’re excited to have Tandy Leather joining us! They’ll be on site to guide members through a hands-on leatherworking project.
  • All participants (Cleavers included!) will create and take home their very own custom leather keychain — made by YOU!
  • This is a fantastic chance to learn basic leatherworking skills, try something new, and create something you’ll be proud to use every day.

4-H Photography Contest

  • Open to all members — Cleavers included! Cost: $5.00 per entry
  • Each level will have a different photography theme, so there’s something for everyone!  Photos will be proudly displayed for everyone to view.
  • Members are responsible for printing their own photograph for submission.

 

Whether you love crafting or capturing the perfect shot (or both!), these events are a great way to get involved, build skills, and have some fun with your fellow 4-H members.
