Notice of Annual General Meeting by
Electronic Means

Please note that the Annual Meeting of the Voting Members of 4-H ALBERTA will be held as follows:

DATE:  Saturday, May 27, 2023

TIME:  10:30 to 12:00 p.m. MDT

LOCATION:  4-H Centre and via Zoom Meeting

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. Approve the minutes of June 11, 2022 Annual General Meeting;
2. Receive the Audited Financial Statements for 2022;
3. Appoint the Auditors for 2023 and authorize the Directors to determine the remuneration;
4. Bylaw amendments approval.
