Please note that the Annual Meeting of the Voting Members of 4-H ALBERTA will be held as follows:
DATE: Saturday, May 25, 2024
TIME: 10:30 to 12:00 p.m. MDT
LOCATION: Reynolds Museum and via Zoom Meeting
The purpose of the meeting is to:
- Approve the Minutes of May 27, 2023 Annual General Meeting;
- Receive the Audited Financial Statements for 2023;
- Elect Slate of Directors;
- Appoint the Auditors for 2024 and authorize the Directors to determine the remuneration;
- Bylaw amendments approval.
