Notice of Annual General Meeting by
Electronic Means

Take notice that the Annual Meeting of the Voting Members of 4-H ALBERTA will be held as follows:

DATE:  Saturday, May 29, 2021
TIME:  9:00 – 11:30 a.m. MDT
LOCATION:  Zoom Webinar

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. Approve the minutes of May 19, 2020 Annual General Meeting;
2. Receive the Audited Financial Statements for 2021;
3. Elect Directors;
4. Appoint the Auditors for 2022 and authorize the Directors to determine the remuneration;
5. Bylaw approval; and
6. A Round Table will be held with the Interim 4-H Alberta Board of Directors.  Please note that as you register through the link as follows, you will be invited to submit a question.

4-H Alberta Bylaw 2.01 (b)

Voting members shall be:

(1) existing directors of the Corporation; and

(2) those members which are elected by each of the area/regional assemblies to serve and represent their area/regional assemblies as their executive committee and which shall comprise no more than 4 and whose names
