NW Regional Presentation & Public Speaking JUDGE SUBMISSION

Each District is to provide 3 Names of Judges for Regional Communications Competitions.
Names submitted as judges should have experience as a judge, confirm that they can attend, and should NOT have judged at club or district level of 2025-2026 club year.
There is a late/no name penalty of $300 for each name missing.
