This FREE, family-friendly event in NW Calgary is open to everyone – new families, returning members, curious kids, local 4-H clubs, and community supporters. It’s a great opportunity for members and leaders to reconnect before the new 4-H year begins while welcoming families interested in learning more about 4-H.
Only one registration is needed per family (and their guests) — simply tell us who you’ll be bringing with you!
- Discover what 4-H is all about – explore hands-on activities, skill-building, leadership, confidence, and fun.
- Connect with your community – meet local 4-H leaders and clubs, connect with other families, and learn how to get involved.
- Celebrate 4-H – enjoy outdoor games, light snacks, gelato, and activities for all ages.
- Explore Fall 2026 Intro Clubs – preview upcoming programs, ask questions, and learn how to register.
We’ll be gathering at Dalhousie Community Association on Sunday, September 13th, at 2:30 PM, and we’d love to see you there!

How can I register? If you have participated in an Intro Club or are a current member, please log in using your account. If you have never participated in 4-H, you are still welcome. You just need to set up a guest account for yourself or your child here: https://4habregistration.ca/guest-registration.phpÂ
- Create a guest accountÂ
- Complete the profile, including electronic consent and medical/allergy information. All boxes must be filled. This is easier to do on a laptop or computer compared to a phone.
- Once the profile is updated, available programs will appear (you may need to click the three lines in the upper-right corner). You can then select the program called: 4-H Alberta Intro Clubs – FREE Park PartyÂ

Provincial Event Registration Policies
Payment of Program/Event Fees
- 4-H Alberta requires that complete registrations are processed through the online registration system, by the registration deadline, and payment in full has been received, prior to acceptance.
- 4-H Alberta is responsible for setting fees for all 4-H Alberta programs/events. Each program/event has its own fee.
- All requests for late registration (after the Regular Registration Deadline) will be accepted at the sole discretion of the program lead
- GST is included in all 4-H program registration fees.
- 4-H Alberta reserves the right to:
- Cancel programs due to insufficient registrations or circumstances out of our control;
- Reallocate applicants to other similar programs based on applicants choice;
- Refund the entire registration fee if a suitable alternate program is unavailable.
Insufficient Program/Event Payment
- Registration is not considered complete until full payment is received.
- Any cheque returned by the bank must be reissued and processed prior to the program/event start date. Failure to do so will cancel the delegate’s program registration.
- 4-H Alberta staff will contact the individual requesting full payment in a timely manner following the bank notification.
Program/Event Registration Cancellation
- A percentage of the registration fee will be retained on all cancellations to help recover costs and administration process:
- $0-$50 = no fee
- $51 or more = 30%
- Contact programs@4hab.com if you are unable to attend due to extenuating circumstances. Physician notes will be requested when applicable.
- Cancellations received less than 14 days before the program start date will forfeit the entire registration fee unless a delegate replacement is available or extenuating circumstances are at play.
The 4-H Alberta Program/Event Registration Fee Procedure is subject to change at the discretion of the Program Lead.
