2026 Leadership Summit ORS Event Information

This registration is Part 1 of the process. Here we will collect your names, the fees, and what parts of the event you will be attending. Part 2 will be a free registration through 4-H Canada to confirm your attendance or the Summit. You will receive an email with that Part 2 process after this ORS Registration.

Please read through the options below and make the selection of what you are attending.

• 4-H Alberta Banquet – Thursday, February 5, 2026 – $50

This evening is for Albertans to celebrate 4-H in Alberta. This will be an opportunity to come to town ahead of the Summit starting OR just come into town for the evening. There will be learning sessions, a keynote speaker, and food provided. 

• Accommodation for the Thursday night – Optional and Limited – $50

We have a block booking of rooms at the Westin that are paid for. This is the same hotel the Summit is at. Rooms are all double occupancy. You will be given the opportunity to let us know who you want to room with.

• 4-H Canada Pre Summit – Friday, February 6, 2026 – $0 – PRE SUMMIT IS FULL

This event is a 4-H 101 for new leaders, newish leaders, or leaders looking for a refresher. The content is not confirmed but will contain information related to: Positive Youth Development, Youth and Adult Partnerships, and Planning for the year. 10:00 am to 3:30 pm.

• 4-H Canada Summit – Friday evening (6:00 pm) to Sunday morning (12:00 pm), February 6-8, 2026 – $60

Friday evening will have dinner and a Key Note Speaker

Saturday is a full day of sessions, including a 4-H Alberta evening planned by us.

Sunday has more sessions and a closing speaker.

All meals and accommodation is included from Friday Dinner to Sunday Breakfast. Rooms are double occupancy, please let us know who you want to room with during this registration. 

Transportation – All busses are going out on Thursday and will return on Sunday February 9th, after the Summit.

Transportation will be provided if we reach a minimum of 10 leaders per bus route by October 1, 2025 (date may be moved to later based on 4-H Canada information).
