Work alongside horses (from the ground – no riding) to tackle fun team challenges that build trust, communication, and confidence. In this two-hour workshop, you’ll learn how to work better with others, and yourself, through hands-on problem-solving, guided by both facilitators and horses. No horse experience needed. Bus transportation for the members will be provided. The bus will leave from Hope Lutheran Church at 11:45 am and will return at 4:00 pm. Please indicate on the registration form whether or not your child will attend, if they will take the bus and/or if you plan to drive them.

Who can attend?
Youth ages 9 (born on or before Sept. 1st, 2017)-15 years old, open to all Intro Club members.
Important Notes:
- Capacity: 15 participants maximum. First come, first serve. A waitlist will be available.
- Eligibility: Open to members who participated in a 4-H Intro Club between January – December 2026. If space allows, we will open registration to previous participants or traditional club members.
What to Bring:
- Closed-toed shoes (mandatory for safety)
- Your signed waiver form (attached)
Additional Information:
- Parking: Free onsite parking is available.
- Snacks & Refreshments: Light snacks will be provided.
- Transportation: Intro Clubs will have transportation available leaving from Hope Lutheran Church (3527 Boulton Rd NW, Calgary, AB) at 11:45 AM. The bus will return to Hope Lutheran Church by 4:00 PM. Please indicate on your registration if you would like to take the bus with us, or meet us at the Spirit Winds Ranch.
