MEALS: BBQ Supper will be provided on Saturday for registered participants (additional BBQ tickets must be ordered in advance) – Food Trucks will also be on site.
STABLING:
- INDOOR STALLS are available. You must request how many stalls you require (if you are not hauling in/out each day) to ensure availability. Additional Stalls can be rented as a tack stall.
- OUTDOOR SELF-PENNING IS NOW AVAILABLE. You will need to provide your own panels and purchase shavings from The Pointe.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations are only accepted with a medical or vet certificate. No refunds are allowed without medical certification.

CLASSES:
Classes will be divided by age and level where possible, but may be combined or split depending on class sizes.
You may compete in the level you have just completed in this calendar year or the one you are working on, but you must compete in the same riding level for all classes you enter.
You must also compete at the same level or higher than last year. You cannot go down a level.
