Stettler, AB – The 14th Annual Provincial 4-H Alberta Sheep Show brought together 54 dedicated members from across the province for a vibrant and successful showcase of 4-H sheep projects. Held in Stettler from June 27–30 alongside the Beef Heifer Show, this year’s event celebrated the passion, preparation, and livestock knowledge of Alberta’s youth.
Participants proudly exhibited a range of animals, including ewe lambs, yearling ewes, and mature ewes with lambs at foot. The ring was alive with energy and learning, as 12 flocks were presented during the show, and members from both the sheep and beef barns supported each other in true 4-H spirit.
“This show was more than a competition; it was a collaboration. The camaraderie among participants and the commitment to quality were evident at every step,” said organizers. “We are grateful to everyone who pitched in, especially members from the beef barn who came to lend a hand.”
